"Landscape from Bystra" - 1910, in Historical Museum in Bielsko-Biała, watercolor on paper 49 x 60 cm. As the name implies represents winter. It is made in oil, pastel or watercolor. Here is dominated by a panoramic survey of the landscape of one specific element. Intense blue in conjunction with somewhat saturated with sunlight captures the mood of the moment winter day. However, particularly skilfully the artist recreates the materiality of the snow, his fresh bulkiness or weight during the thaw. In the applied combination of colors and skillful play of light they discerned even the influence of Impressionism.
